Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide fleet technical management, continuing airworthiness management, and technical support for Cabin Upgrades and Reconfigurations.
  • •Evaluate manufacturer and regulatory technical documents; update internal engineering documents such as Engineering Orders and Special Engineering Workcards.
  • •Review and act on in-service data (e.g., tech logs, pilot reports, defects) to improve fleet reliability and maintainability and optimize maintenance programs.
  • •Liaise with aircraft/engine/component manufacturers and internal stakeholders to address significant faults, defects, design issues, and quality escapements.
  • •Deliver technical support for acquisition of new aircraft and end-of-lease activities, including clarifications for cost optimization, contract negotiation, repair/modification processes, and disruption/AOG troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in related aircraft engineering, or an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence for 5+ years.
  • •5+ years of experience in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management, Planning, or a Technical Support function.
  • •Knowledge of latest technical developments and industry trends for relevant aircraft systems.
  • •Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards; ability to use IT tools to analyze information and produce drafting/report writing deliverables.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks and make decisions under pressure.
