Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive technical strategy for Foundation Model ML Infrastructure capabilities within Autodesk’s Machine Learning Platform.
  • •Lead design and implementation of large-scale platform services covering the full ML model lifecycle (training, inference/serving, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, operations).
  • •Architect resilient, secure, observable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure for large-scale AI/ML workloads and model serving.
  • •Build and evolve developer-facing APIs, tools, workflows, and self-service capabilities that help researchers and ML developers move quickly and safely.
  • •Establish platform standards for production readiness (observability, SLAs/SLOs, incident response, release quality, deployment/versioning/lineage/governance) and mentor senior developers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including large-scale cloud-native distributed/platform/ML infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production-grade services supporting ML training, inference, serving, evaluation, deployment, or observability.
  • •Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, plus distributed compute/ML infrastructure such as Ray or SageMaker.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across teams and translate ambiguous research/product/business requirements into executable engineering plans.
