Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in statistics, machine learning, or related fields, with a track record leading high-impact data science initiatives at scale.
  • •Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models (beyond integrating hosted model APIs), including debugging and evaluation before/after results.
  • •Experience owning models in production, including deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining with real latency budgets.
  • •Production experience with classical ML for fraud/anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV (e.g., gradient boosting, deep learning, graph-based models).
  • •MLOps foundations including feature stores, experiment tracking, and model registries (MLflow/W&B), plus continuous training pipelines; knowledge of model serving/inference optimization (vLLM-class serving, quantization).
