Own licensing and royalty reporting, financial analyses, and compliance through documented accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead and develop accounting staff, while partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, and Technology to improve reporting accuracy and automate workflows using NetSuite ERP and other tools.
