Key Requirements

  • •PhD (or in process) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields, with applied research experience and/or an M.S. plus applied research experience.
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of AI methodologies and experience building large deep learning models (e.g., language) plus expertise in areas such as robustness, explainability, and RLHF.
  • •Experience delivering models at scale across training data and inference volumes.
  • •Track record of publications or projects (e.g., first author publications) and ability to own and pursue a research agenda with long-running projects.
