Project Management Coordinator / Financial Analyst

Support project management and financial analysis for CBRE-backed projects by handling administrative tasks, documentation, invoicing, pay applications, and financial reconciliations. Coordinate change orders with consultants and vendors, schedule communications, assist with contract administration, and input project data into PMIS and SAP Finance under supervision to ensure timely, accurate deliveries across the project lifecycle.
