Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EHS&S programs at the Airdrie manufacturing facility.
  • •Develop site EHS&S targets, objectives, and the annual plan; provide policy, regulatory, and technical guidance to site leaders.
  • •Oversee hazard identification and risk-control activities, including risk assessments, inspections, and Management of Change reviews.
  • •Manage and develop a small team of EHS professionals, including performance management responsibilities.
  • •Use Eaton EHS&S management systems to manage incidents, corrective actions, training records, audits, and required documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.

  • •Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, environmental requirements, workers’ compensation requirements, and related compliance obligations.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
