Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including schedules, task assignments, deadlines, and cross-training.
  • •Oversee large cross-functional workplace and tech lab projects/programs end to end using formal processes.
  • •Ensure functions remain on schedule and escalate issues to resolution so the program completes on time.
  • •Serve as primary commercial point of contact; manage internal/external relationships and guide delivery with key stakeholders.
  • •Create and distribute routine PMO reports, including status updates and updated Gantt charts, and develop improved methods.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (or an equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience managing commercial construction Tenant Improvement and New Construction projects and programs.
  • •Proven track record managing high-complexity projects exceeding $30M.
  • •Experience with staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance/retention.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); PgMP or PMP preferred.
