Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Tekmetric’s brand across digital, social, print, and event design with a cohesive look and feel.
  • •Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand design deliverables supporting campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • •Partner with marketing teammates on campaigns, content, social, events, and customer storytelling.
  • •Maintain brand consistency across marketing collateral (logos, fonts, color palettes, and messaging).
  • •Contribute to brand identity evolution via templates, visual systems, and brand standards documentation; collaborate cross-functionally on visuals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of design experience in-house or at an agency with exposure to brand, marketing, or campaign work.

  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with exposure to motion, photography direction, or experiential design.
  • •Ability to translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually compelling work.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting work and incorporating feedback.
