Job Summary

Lead enterprise architecture presales for multi-tower transformation and managed services deals, translating client business needs into scalable, secure solution architectures. Own account planning, opportunity seeding, and deal architecture across applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, digital workplace, and operations. Shape value hypotheses and bid deliverables while integrating AIOps and agentic AI capabilities—using platforms and copilots—to improve reliability, automation, and business process outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish enterprise architecture views for priority accounts, including application estate, COTS footprint, SaaS landscape, modernization imperatives, and cloud adoption posture.
•Lead workshops and C-suite conversations to shape modern architectures and identify multi-tower plays, platform modernization opportunities, and managed services/BPO augmentation.
•Serve as cross-tower deal architect to design integrated solutions across applications, cloud, infra, security, digital workplace, and managed services.
•Lead architecture workstreams for major RFP/RFIs by defining target state architecture, reference models, transition roadmaps, operating models, and governance.
•Provide architecture assurance and thought leadership through governance in complex pursuits and innovation roadmaps for AIOps and agentic AI adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent; master’s preferred.
•15+ years of experience in applications architecture, COTS/SaaS solutioning, cloud-native architecture, and/or operations automation.
•5+ years in presales or deal architecture roles designing large, multi-tower solutions.
•Proven experience integrating AIOps and AI-enabled automation into enterprise programs.
•Exposure to APAC multi-country clients and global delivery models; certifications in cloud and enterprise architecture are advantageous.
