Job Summary

Own GTM operations end-to-end across global and regional layers: platform & governance, commercial process ownership, and data & tooling enablement. Drive lead lifecycle and routing, sales workflows, approval/discount guardrails, commission and incentive governance, revenue and target operations, and renewal marketplace workflows feeding CRM and forecasting. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Analytics, and GTM Engineers to align processes, data, and workflows as one system.

Key Responsibilities

•Own data model and schema governance, defining allowed objects and maintaining standardized properties and relationships across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
•Own lead lifecycle and workflows, including ingestion, qualification, and handoff to Sales-ready status.
•Manage lead routing, account and territory ownership models, translating in-region territory strategy into routing rules.
•Drive sales workflows and approvals, including discount thresholds and approval routings in step with Finance and Legal.
•Own systems and data for renewal workflows and marketplace operations so partner-sourced deals flow into CRM, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Deep fluency with GTM tooling (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, automation) and comfortable owning configuration decisions.
•Solid technical experience with Hubspot and data proficiency to improve data hygiene and quality.
•Confident communicator who can work directly with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
•Commercially fluent—understands the “why” enough to challenge workflows that don’t hold up.
•Comfortable mentoring or QA-checking junior analyst/associate work.
