Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often on large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and oversee procurement of resources, while leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
  • •Manage project delivery including schedules, governance, performance monitoring using KPIs, reporting, and information flow to clients and teams.
  • •Manage budgets and forecasts vs. actual costs, control change, identify/monitor risks and mitigations, and oversee quality, safety, health and environment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a project manager delivering end-to-end project service delivery on infrastructure commissions.
  • •Ability to establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Experience defining and maintaining project requirements, master project plans, and effective governance processes.
  • •Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast vs. actual costs, and the change control process.
  • •Experience monitoring and mitigating project risks, and advising on health & safety and environmental issues.
