Key Responsibilities

•Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean.
•Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
•Prep spaces after equipment removal and ensure the new install starts correctly.
•Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
•Deliver a standout customer experience by answering questions clearly and addressing concerns on the spot.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of local building codes and how to stay compliant.
