Production Supervisor, UME

Supervise facility operations to achieve higher production output for a U.S. Army maintenance production mission. Direct production staff and leadership to maintain smooth, efficient maintenance and maintenance support processes, monitor workflows, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Train and organize educational manuals for the team, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend process, resource, and facility improvements.
