Job Summary

Manage and track development and implementation for Document Cloud Group products and services, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, and partners. Drive strategic and tactical program decisions from initiation through delivery, planning schedules, monitoring risks, resolving dependencies, and providing clear status and reporting. Identify process improvements, mentor teams as an agile coach, and present achievement reviews to upper management.

•Plan, coordinate, and collaborate across departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver or upgrade products and services.
•Monitor programs from initiation through delivery, including scheduling, risk monitoring, and timely reporting of issues and challenges.
•Lead and coordinate large cross-functional projects from inception through delivery, aligning dependencies and stakeholders.
•Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery value and team efficiency and effectiveness.
•Act as an agile coach and mentor, and prepare and present achievement reviews to upper management.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in SaaS or a related industry.
•Proven ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams and lead multi-functional teams through influence.
•Strong capability to provide structure and vital processes without compromising execution.
•Proficiency with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog, and development management.
•BTech/MTech in Computer Science or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
