Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 27-month rotational graduate programme to gain exposure to different parts of the business and how Zurich delivers for customers.
  • •Develop capability across claims complexity, underwriting, risk assessment, delivering reports to stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.
  • •Oversee projects that deliver value to the business and customers, while building commercial and technical know-how for future leadership.
  • •Participate in an in-depth learning and development programme supported throughout the role.
  • •Complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) including Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification, while rotating locations as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Recently achieved (within the last three years) or be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • •Have at least 96 UCAS Tariff points from 3 A-Level subjects or Scottish advanced highers (or equivalent).
  • •Have A*-C in English and Maths GCSE or SQA National 5’s (or equivalent).
  • •Have the indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK, with at least three consecutive years’ UK residency and no sponsorship required.
  • •Be flexible around location for rotational work across UK offices and communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
