Build Netic’s Agent Platform features that help AI agents author, evaluate, and optimize other agents autonomously. Key Responsibilities

•Design and ship the orchestration layer that routes, sequences, and supervises multi-agent workflows in real time.
•Build agent harness tooling, sandboxes, and evaluation loops to test and validate outputs before production changes.
•Contribute to Agent Manager where agents propose, test, and roll out improvements to other agents, including guardrails and rollback paths.
•Design, code, and ship full-stack features for the agent platform (data models, APIs, and front-end tooling).
•Collaborate with customer workflows to identify where automated agent improvement can be trusted and translate edge cases into platform safeguards.

Key Requirements

•Comfort with Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node, React) plus CS fundamentals in distributed systems.
•Experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects with LLM APIs, eval frameworks, RAG, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MCP).
•Interest in multi-step, multi-agent orchestration—coordinating state, tool calls, and failure recovery.
•Track record of shipping full projects end-to-end (school, internship, or personal) rather than isolated assignments.
•Excited to work in agentic AI areas without established best practices and help define them.
