Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage fair, thorough, and empathetic investigations into Code of Conduct violations, including intake, planning, evidence analysis, and reporting.
  • •Ensure investigations are conducted with confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for privacy, supporting consistent application of disciplinary actions and remediation after findings.
  • •Identify patterns and systemic risks by uncovering root causes behind individual cases and strengthening organisational ethical framework.
  • •Update investigation SOPs, case standards, and documentation templates to improve quality and consistency.
  • •Partner with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and business units; support ethics communications, awareness initiatives, and ethics training delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations in Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, Legal, HR, or relevant government agencies, preferably in-house or regulatory environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of workplace standards and investigation practices, including procedural fairness and case management fundamentals.
  • •Ability to conduct sensitive internal investigations (e.g., whistleblower, fraud, misconduct) with discretion and confidentiality.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex topics.
  • •Strong interpersonal and influencing skills working across functions and international teams.
