Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support consumers and the store team with product education, promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Have at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
