Production Planner/Customer Services Representative

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts within the Customer Services Team, partnering with Production and Sales to translate customer demands into feasible production plans. Monitor weekly plan adherence through daily production meetings, set priorities as needed, and ensure effective use of capacity and resources. This role emphasizes meticulous, methodical planning, strong communication across business levels, and excellent organisational and administrative skills, working Monday–Friday on a day shift.
