Job Summary

Perform diversified maintenance work to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Handle emergency and scheduled repairs during production and equipment service, conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, replace and repair parts, and make adjustments. Read and interpret manuals and work orders, use hand and power tools and meters, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following procedures set by maintenance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during production.
•Perform simple machinist duties and mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
•Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
•Perform preventive maintenance and comply with safety regulations while keeping work areas clean and orderly.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with prior experience in maintenance systems or equivalent education/technical school experience.
•Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
•Experience performing emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
•Ability to perform mechanical skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
•Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
