Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end APAC management reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc executive reporting).
  • •Drive monthly forecasting and annual operating and strategic planning cycles for APAC, from start to finish.
  • •Interpret and synthesize APAC financial performance into a clear, decision-ready narrative for senior leadership.
  • •Coordinate with Group Finance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and credibility of APAC submissions and analysis.
  • •Develop and present revenue and salary bridges, articulating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience (professional qualification a plus)
  • •Proven leadership experience in FP&A or finance within a complex, regional or global organization
  • •Strong background in management reporting, forecasting, and financial storytelling
  • •Experience partnering with senior business leaders and global finance teams across geographies
  • •Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience is a must-have
