Job Summary

Lead APAC FP&A with responsibility for management reporting, financial analysis, and performance storytelling across multiple countries. Serve as a trusted partner to the APAC CFO, coordinating with sub-regional CFOs, regional leadership, and Group Finance to drive forecasting, planning, and data-driven insights in a complex, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end APAC management reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc executive reporting).
•Drive monthly forecasting and annual operating and strategic planning cycles for APAC, from start to finish.
•Interpret and synthesize APAC financial performance into a clear, decision-ready narrative for senior leadership.
•Coordinate with Group Finance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and credibility of APAC submissions and analysis.
•Develop and present revenue and salary bridges, articulating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience (professional qualification a plus)
•Proven leadership experience in FP&A or finance within a complex, regional or global organization
•Strong background in management reporting, forecasting, and financial storytelling
•Experience partnering with senior business leaders and global finance teams across geographies
•Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience is a must-have
