Drive revenue performance, manage store traffic and workforce planning, and develop second-line leadership through training and coaching. Oversee stock, shrinkage, waste, promotions, order fulfillment, omnichannel operations, and store maintenance while controlling costs to support EBITDA growth, safety, and compliance.
