Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, recommend, negotiate, and administer contracts and proposals, including evaluation and bid award, ensuring contractor documentation and fulfillment of terms.
  • •Coordinate contract preparation, tendering, evaluation, and award aligned with technical specifications and HSE, QA/QC, project controls, and document controls requirements.
  • •Prepare final contract drafts and manage Notice to Proceed (NTP) sign-off coordination by authorized signatories per policy.
  • •Manage contract changes, variations, and formalization of updates under contractual terms and company procedures.
  • •Analyze claims exposure, support dispute resolution, and review contractor/consultant performance for compliance throughout the contract lifecycle up to closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Contracts Management or B.Sc. Quantity Surveying (Master’s preferred).
  • •Certified Contract Manager (CCM), Professional Contract Manager (PCM), or Certified Public Procurement (CPP) (preferred).
  • •6 to 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years at senior QS/Commercial Manager level negotiating, drafting, executing, and administering complex contracts.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management, quantity survey, risk management, and contract/ construction law.
  • •Proficiency with contract drafting, negotiation, contract management tools (Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud), and Microsoft Office Suite.
