Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrient products, seed, application procedures, mixing procedures, truck driving, and delivering product.
  • •Perform all agronomy and seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Regulate and perform periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and provide customer service as needed.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other agriculture-related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • •Operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.

  • •CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
