Key Responsibilities

  • •Create paved paths from local dev to prod by building and maintaining a cohesive developer journey including local coding environments, build tooling, test workflows, artifact management, and deploy ergonomics so engineers can ship with confidence
  • •Make builds faster, safer, and more observable by improving performance, reliability, debuggability, and visibility across the CI/CD stack
  • •Partner deeply with product engineering teams to understand friction points and deliver tooling that fits real product needs
  • •Raise the bar on engineering standards and release quality by defining and evolving best practices for building software, rollout strategies, release automation, and production readiness
  • •Shape the roadmap for developer productivity by prioritizing and driving high-impact initiatives to keep shipping quickly

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering background in Go ecosystem
  • •Deep experience with CI/CD concepts and tooling in production
