Key Responsibilities

•Support the rollout of digital tools (e.g., BIM, GIS, automation, analytics, collaboration platforms) across project teams.
•Document and optimize workflows; create standard operating procedures, quick-start guides, and how-to content.
•Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports to track adoption metrics and user feedback.
•Assist with data preparation, model checks, and quality control for pilot use cases.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize user stories and measure value delivered.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, computer science, or a related field.
•Familiarity with Revit, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Navisworks, or similar tools.
•Basic proficiency with data/automation tools such as Excel/Power Query, Power BI/Tableau, Python, Power Automate, or Dynamo/Grasshopper.
•Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present steps and outcomes simply.
•Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tools.
