Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute category growth strategies across Mom, Babies, and Health; support business planning through market analysis, performance tracking, and growth forecasting
•Analyze business performance trends and conduct seller- and category-level deep dives to identify opportunities and key business drivers
•Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders; solve business challenges with structured, data-driven recommendations
•Partner with internal stakeholders to support commercial initiatives and category development plans, aligning cross-functional execution
•Support creator-led commerce strategies across affiliate, LIVE, and short-form video ecosystems; identify opportunities to improve creator participation and content ecosystem development

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant experience working with large e-commerce platforms
•Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, consumer needs and demand, and influencer/social media and digital trends
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with logical and analytical thinking
•High attention to detail and affinity with numbers; strong logical and problem-solving skills
•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
