Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
  • •Develop campaigns to increase awareness and participation, and coordinate screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and special events.
  • •Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching using motivational interviewing; support biometric screenings including blood pressure and vision checks.
  • •Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (e.g., HR, Benefits, UAW, site leadership) to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • •Manage multiple projects, track participation and trends, maintain documentation/reporting, and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and data.
