Key Responsibilities

  • •Own detailed GAAP and cash forecasting methodology, assumptions, and accuracy across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons.
  • •Run the weekly reforecast process end-to-end, ensuring it is rigorous, timely, and decision-ready.
  • •Lead monthly finance reviews across all P&L departments and sub-departments, preparing materials and holding owners accountable.
  • •Identify, track, and communicate variances versus operating and board plans; develop gap-closing analysis and recommendations with functional leaders.
  • •Manage and develop the FP&A team and maintain the operating model to support board and investor reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive FP&A experience with direct ownership of a company-wide forecasting process in a growth-stage environment.
  • •Experience running high-cadence reforecast processes (weekly or biweekly) with operational discipline.
  • •Deep GAAP accounting knowledge to translate financial statements into operational decisions for non-finance audiences.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional monthly finance reviews and holding senior department leaders accountable to financial commitments.
  • •Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with Snowflake, dbt, Lightdash or comparable BI/data tools is a plus.
