Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee delivery of high-stakes security programs; define architecture blueprints for SOAR frameworks and hybrid cloud environments, and advise long-term security strategy to executive leaders.
  • •Design advanced threat detection systems (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, risk-based alerting) and build complex automation programs, including data onboarding aligned to standards like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF, and SOX.
  • •Create and share knowledge assets such as threat detection libraries, SOC blueprints, and deployment guides to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • •Mentor more junior security consultants and lead pre-sales activities, including architecture workshops and writing RFP responses.
  • •Drive innovation by identifying ways to integrate AI and machine learning into security workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (CS, Electrical Engineering, or related) with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s with 5+; or PhD with 2+ (relevant experience acceptable).
  • •Expert-level security certification (e.g., CCIE or CISSP) or proof of deep technical mastery; professional-level DevNet/automation certification is a plus.
  • •7+ years of enterprise security consulting/professional services experience, including at least 3 years as a technical or delivery lead.
  • •Deep expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security architecture, SIEM platform design, SOC operations, security automation, or threat detection engineering.
  • •Strong scripting and automation skills (Python preferred), REST API familiarity, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to CISOs and VPs.
