Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise efforts of multiple client services teams and manage tax projects from planning through completion.
  • •Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise and manage client engagement budgets.
  • •Support firm growth by leveraging external networks to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • •Mentor and develop staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
  • •Serve as primary service contact for clients, conduct primary/secondary reviews of complex tax returns, and research tax matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in taxation, LLM in Taxation or JD preferred.
  • •CPA or JD/active law license required.
  • •Minimum five to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
  • •Experience in corporate income tax and strong ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes skills, including state/local compliance and transfer pricing.
  • •Experience in public accounting is preferred; OneSource Tax Provision preferred.
