Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise senior Data leaders on developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth.
  • •Source and engage top talent, building pipelines from passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods.
  • •Use data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies, track progress, and drive outcomes.
  • •Deliver an exceptional candidate journey from application through offer negotiation and associated administration.
  • •Collaborate with People Partners, Technical Program Managers, and hiring teams; lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and interview training.

Key Requirements

  • •Depth of experience as an internal talent partner hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, and bioinformatics in a fast-paced tech company.
  • •Responsible for organizing and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists using available resources.
