Senior Process Chemist

Develop, optimize, and scale up chemical processes for commercial production of agrochemical active ingredients and intermediates. Work from lab through pilot and full-scale, running multi-month experimental programs, synthesizing and troubleshooting processes, and analyzing results with statistical methods to improve yields, cost, robustness, safety, and sustainability. Prepare technical documentation, support process transfer with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance during commissioning and manufacturing while ensuring compliance with GMP/ISO and safety protocols.
