Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. You will deliver an elevated customer experience, capture high-quality leads in CRM (Salesforce), explain vehicle features, and support daily studio operations. This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week with flexibility to work evenings and weekends, starting around November for holiday season opportunities.

•Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
•Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).

•Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready; assist with facility needs and day-to-day studio operations.
•Support day-to-day studio operations as needed and direct guests to the appropriate next steps in their journey.

•Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.).
