EL/PL Solicitor

Handle delegated and non-delegated EL/PL multi-track claims within the Keoghs Corporate Risk team, including predominantly litigated matters and some pre-litigation cases. Manage client relationships with solicitors and insurers, assess liability and quantum, draft pleadings, and devise strategies to achieve best outcomes. Progress files from receipt to closure using the firm’s case management system, including attending court when required, while meeting targets for chargeable hours and client MI.
