Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist

Manage day-to-day multi-country payroll operations for the EMEA region, primarily Spain with Italy and Germany support. Oversee regular and off-cycle approvals, reconcile payroll inputs from internal systems and stakeholders, and upload data to local service providers using global aggregators such as PayZaar and ADP platforms. Handle vendor payroll processing/compliance checks, generate and process client bills, support escalations, and mentor junior specialists.
