Job Summary

Own the end-to-end change journey for Finance transformation programs, defining Finance PMO change management frameworks, standards, and toolkits. Manage portfolio-level change health, readiness, communications, training effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement. Lead and mentor a small team of change professionals while partnering with Finance leadership, program managers, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Finance PMO change management methodology, including scalable frameworks, tools, templates, and standards.
•Lead GenAI adoption across FinOps by designing adoption pathways, upskilling programs, and train-the-trainer enablement initiatives.
•Manage portfolio-level change management end-to-end, including impact assessment, communication plans, training, readiness validation, and go-live sustainment.
•Develop and execute stakeholder experience and global communication strategies, including readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and resistance tracking.
•Lead and mentor a small team of change professionals; foster change capability across the PMO and broader Finance organization.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in change management, organizational change, or transformation enablement, including 3+ years leading change management for large-scale, cross-functional programs in a Finance or technology-oriented environment.
•Design and implement change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits from the ground up, not just applying pre-built approaches.
•Lead technology adoption initiatives, ideally including AI, automation, or enterprise systems (ERP, EPM, or similar).
•Create and execute multi-channel communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for global, cross-functional audiences.
•Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer models, adapted to diverse learning needs.
