Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with legal research for the Planning Department–Legal team.
  • •Draft consultations and memorandums.
  • •Support contract review and contract negotiation.
  • •Contribute to the production of transaction files and ad hoc documentation.
  • •Work on transversal projects within SMBC.

Key Requirements

  • •Gap year (“année de césure”) or end-of-studies student (Master 2 Internship, PPI).
  • •Prior internship experience, ideally in banking or financial sector.
  • •3rd Cycle Degree in Law required, with a Business School degree as a plus.
  • •Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • •Knowledge of Contract Law, Banking and Financial Law, Company Law and International Law.
