Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop local corporate accountants, including performance management and building team capabilities.
  • •Resolve month-end close issues and clarify accounting treatment by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Manage integration of accounting processes and systems for acquired entities to ensure seamless consolidation.
  • •Support close activities including journals, reconciliations, flux analysis, and related close support.
  • •Maintain internal controls and clear documentation, and identify process improvements to strengthen close efficiency and accuracy.

  • •Experience establishing and standardizing policies, processes, procedures, and controls that are SOX compliant.
