Key Responsibilities

  • •Support immigration requirements, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate with external providers for extensions or permit changes.
  • •Administer employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, terminations) and manage new hire setup and leaver paperwork, logistics, and documentation.
  • •Generate employment contracts and create change in terms and conditions letters; ensure ongoing accuracy of employee data in Workday and ServiceNow.
  • •Manage leaves of absence in the region (e.g., paternity, maternity, short-term sickness) and provide information for monthly payroll processing.
  • •Use low-code/no-code automation tools to simplify administrative workflows and support programs such as training compliance and policy acknowledgements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in People & Culture Shared Services and global mobility/immigration, particularly within the EMEA region.
  • •Working knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD agent role, managing HRSD workflows including onboarding and responding to customer inquiries.
  • •Experience managing employee data changes and supporting employee lifecycle workflows within People & Culture systems.
  • •Functional automation mindset: identify manual tasks for technological optimization and interpret basic data visualizations for operational recommendations.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, prioritize competing demands, and resolve escalations with minimal daily supervision.
