Lead strategic, client-facing technical engagements to shape bespoke solution concepts and guide onboarding and adoption of Arbitrum technology. Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic client engagements by partnering with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding/adoption, and build long-term partnerships.
•Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams to strengthen the on-chain ecosystem.
•Partner with the Product team to relay developer and project feedback into the roadmap and shape go-to-market strategy for new products.
•Collaborate with engineering and research to improve the platform, including core protocol customizations and application-layer improvements.
•Own developer success across leading Arbitrum application teams, helping solve integration and usage challenges and accelerate development.

Key Requirements

•Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
•8+ years of experience in technical roles across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
•4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
•Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into implementation plans.
•Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.
