Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel facilities, equipment, and guest areas. You’ll oversee daily work orders and technician assignments, monitor preventive maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate maintenance records and asset databases. The role also involves coordinating vendors and contractors, managing maintenance inventory and purchase requests, liaising with operational teams, and supporting compliance with health, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements.
