•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital products, educating clients on emerging and self-service options.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and using available resources to support operational excellence.
•Open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications in coordination with branch team members and partners.
