Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an AI-driven conversational customer service agent for e-commerce inquiries, complaints, refunds, disputes, and logistics.
•Apply LLM post-training strategies to improve customer support responses and reduce errors, hallucinations, and irrelevant outputs.
•Construct training/benchmark datasets from challenging customer interactions such as policy clarifications and multi-turn dispute handling.
•Develop multilingual support and translation models for real-time cross-language customer service.
•Optimize model efficiency and deployment via compression, quantization, inference optimization, and edge AI; define response evaluation metrics and run A/B testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or related fields.
•At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
•Experience fine-tuning, distilling, or using reinforcement learning for large language models for conversational AI.
•Proficiency in multilingual NLP, machine translation, and cross-lingual dialogue modeling.
•Experience with e-commerce policy/dispute workflows and/or advanced NLP/deep learning techniques is a plus.
