Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers, guiding them through all stages of Camunda adoption.
•Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes and ensure long-term success.
•Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders from onboarding through ongoing operations.
•Identify and remove execution risks by proactively conducting platform and solution health checks and advocating for customer needs internally.
•Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional Camunda teams (CS, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales) to drive measurable customer outcomes at scale.
