  • •Achieve budgeted sales for key customers and maximize sales volume consistent with projections for assigned accounts.
  • •Maintain and grow existing accounts to support continued growth.
  • •Maintain knowledge of product management, marketing, and R&D efforts to increase sales and satisfy customer demands for new items.
  • •Communicate product availability, logistics information, product specifications, and pricing with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure prompt and equitable disposition of customer complaints or problems, including possible communication with corporate headquarters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
  • •Knowledge of the dynamics of the food business industry or retail channels.
  • •Experience in customer-focused, fact-based selling, including IRI, Nielsen, and Perishable Group data.
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • •Possess a valid driver's license and may travel up to 80% of the time.
