Job Summary

Lead and optimize inbound product flow in Mexico, architecting port-to-fulfillment transportation strategies to improve time-in-transit and capacity. Partner with Global Inbound Transportation and Customs & Trade teams to coordinate customs broker handovers, monitor delivery pipelines, and escalate risks or delays with mitigation plans. Own weekly inbound forecasting for 3PL labor and capacity planning, support 3PL onboarding, and provide operational input for maintaining trade certifications like AEO/OEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary liaison between Global Inbound Transportation, Customs & Trade, and local transportation partners to ensure port-to-Distribution Center product flow.
•Drive in-country execution of inbound transportation and logistics strategies, managing day-to-day operations and stakeholder communications.
•Monitor inbound transportation and delivery pipelines, identify potential delays, and communicate risks and mitigation plans.
•Own weekly inbound forecasting and translate volume projections into actionable data for the 3PL for labor and capacity planning.
•Support onboarding of new transport LSP partners and provide operational support for acquiring/maintaining trade certifications such as AEO/OEA.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of functional experience in international logistics, inbound transportation, or customs coordination in a fast-paced retail, apparel, or consumer goods environment.
•Proven experience managing port-to-warehouse supply chain pipelines and optimizing third-party logistics providers to improve operational efficiencies.
•Deep knowledge of Mexican import processes, broker operations, and local transportation dynamics to make decisions amid regulatory ambiguity.
•Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional stakeholders in regional and global matrix environments to resolve bottlenecks.
•Data-driven mindset to challenge supply chain processes and build structured business cases for cost-savings opportunities.
