Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business expertise and new client strategies, including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics while completing required training.
  • •Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and operations partners to promote One Team culture within the branch.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, performance counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written and verbal skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including an NMLS background check.
