Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Request and issue new corporate cards based on designated credit limits and adjust credit limits by unlocking or suspending cards as needed.
  • •Train cardholders on corporate card use in accordance with the Corporate Card Policy.
  • •Monitor card usage for abuse or fraud, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on disputes identified by the credit card service provider.
  • •Maintain cardholder documentation including a database of purchases, receipts, and backup, and review receipts and receipt retention.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to reallocate expenses, book to the General Ledger, and support month-end close, audits, and capital expenditure documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous credit card experience is a plus.
